This site was launched August 8th, 1999. This site is a one stop shop for bridge projects past, present & future. BridgePros offers specific project updates, links to other bridge sites, employment classified listings & a learning center. We also have a online newsletter that will include recent bridge news and updates at BridgePros.

FOUNDERS
Shane M. Rixom,
PE
President
Shane has a Master's degree in structural engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is a Senior Project Engineer (CEI) with Reynolds Smith and Hills CS Inc. on the Beach Boulevard bridge project. He also serves as the NE Florida Area Engineer. He previously worked with Figg Engineering on the Roosevelt Bridge in Stuart Florida. Shane also brings to the company his experience of running two successful businesses in addition to his construction experience.
Robert N. Bennett
Director of Operations
Robert is a Senior Inspector for Reynolds Smith and Hills CS Inc. on the Lyons Bridge in Stuart, Florida. He has also returned to school after ten years in construction and is currently completing his civil engineering degree. Robert also brings to the company his experience in land surveying and working with AutoCAD before going into the construction industry.
Major projects both Shane and Robert have worked on include:
Roosevelt Bridge - A segmental Bridge in Stuart, Florida
SR312 Bridge - A "drop-in-span" constructed bridge in St. Augustine, Florida. BridgePros will be adding a project page soon for this job.
