Position Summary:
Responsible for direction and supervision of large professional or technical groups.  Coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs.  Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.

Position Responsibilities:

*Point of contact to office management.
*PM for large/complex projects.
*Contract (contract, scope, fee & schedule) review and recommendation.
*Operations; monitor and control overhead (professional development, marketing, etc.).
*Proactive project reviews with project manages.
*Approve interoffice agreements.
*Lead marketing, deliver sales goal in practice area.
*Long range marketing, including mega projects.
*Large client management; high level networking.
*Call program; long-term relationships.
*Service line strategic planning and monitoring.
* Service line business and succession planning and follow-up.
*Project audits; ensure that current QC is being followed.
*Coordinate project marketing within group.
*Project reviews, earnings and ER, control losses.
*Labor projects, manage Time On Job.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering plus 18 years of experience.  PE certification required.
