WORK THAT IS FINISHED OR UNDERWAY
All substructure work on the EB bridge is complete. All WB pile driving that is accessible without existing bridge demolition is complete. Footers and columns continue to be cast for those completed pile groups. Span 6EB ,5EB,4EB.and 3EB are complete. The erection truss is moving to span 2EB. All pier segments have been cast, and typical segments continue to be cast daily.
UP COMING WORK
Pile driving and substructure work for the westbound bridge to continue, concurrent with erection of eastbound bridge. Stressing and grouting of spans takes place concurrent with segment erection. Paving has begun on the western approach, along with associated drainage and utility work.
